Lake Nona, FL – November 24, 2025 – The Lake Nona Regional Chamber of Commerce announces the appointment of Ashley Loute as its new Executive Director, ushering in a transformative era for one of Central Florida's most dynamic and fastest-growing innovation hubs.
Ashley Loute brings more than a decade of experience turning vision into action across sectors — from the boardroom to the grassroots. As Vice President of Assets at the Boys & Girls Clubs of Polk County, she didn’t just oversee finance, HR, IT, and governance — she optimized systems, elevated culture, and implemented strategic frameworks that helped the organization thrive.
Her background spans respected institutions like Academy Prep Center of Lakeland, Publix Super Markets, Central Florida Health Care, the Lakeland Chamber of Commerce, and GEICO, as well as time with JNE Inc., a privately held hospitality and retail group operating Papa John’s franchises.
With a longstanding passion for advocacy and public policy, Ashley has represented nonprofit interests in Tallahassee and actively participates in legislative initiatives that impact business and community development. Her civic commitment is reflected in her service on the Junior League State Public Affairs Committee, Rotary Club, Polk County Lakes Access Advisory Committee, Leadership Lakeland Class XLI, and the United Way of Central Florida.
Ashley doesn’t just join organizations — she rolls up her sleeves, brings people together, and drives them forward with purpose and authenticity. Whether she’s mentoring young leaders, meeting with elected officials, or leading strategic growth initiatives, Ashley shows up with heart, grit, and an unwavering belief in the power of community.

From Intern to Executive Director: A Chamber Story Eight Years in the Making
Ashley’s Chamber journey began in 2016 as an intern at the Lakeland Chamber of Commerce. Over eight years, she's remained deeply involved as a Chamber Ambassador, advocacy committee member, and active participant in EMERGE Lakeland's young professionals group.
