THE HISTORY OF THE LAKE NONA REGIONAL CHAMBER OF COMMERCE

Founded in 2013, the Lake Nona Regional Chamber of Commerce united business leaders in one of America's most innovative communities. What began as a grassroots effort quickly gained momentum, demonstrating the need for a collective business voice in this dynamic ecosystem.

Today, the Chamber powers Lake Nona's business landscape with over 500 members and 33 strategic partnerships. With professional staff and dedicated offices, it hosts networking events, educational programs, and signature annual gatherings. The organization has earned recognition from state and national chamber associations.

The Chamber's growth mirrors Lake Nona's evolution as a globally recognized smart city. Spanning 17 square miles and anchored by the 650-acre Medical City, Lake Nona integrates healthcare, education, technology, and wellness in a living innovation hub. As the "Silicon Valley of the East Coast," the Chamber connects businesses within this innovative landscape, fostering partnerships that drive regional economic growth and global recognition.
